Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AIdepot Email Support Agent ("ESA"), a web-based email support drafting service operated by ComNetwork Co., Ltd. ("ComNetwork", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ESA, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ESA connects to your company mailbox and drafts customer support replies from your knowledge base and AI provider key. ESA is designed to assist human operators. Unless you explicitly enable auto-send, replies should be reviewed and approved by your team before sending.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

New customers may receive a 30-day free trial without a credit card. Before or at the end of the trial, we may send a PayPal subscription link. If no paid subscription is activated by the applicable deadline, the workspace may be paused. A paused workspace can be reactivated after subscription, subject to availability and policy.

3. BYOM and BYOK

ESA is a bring-your-own-mailbox and bring-your-own-key service. You are responsible for providing valid IMAP/SMTP mailbox credentials and, where applicable, your own AI provider API key. Your provider's terms, pricing, usage limits, and data policies apply to your use of that provider.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of outgoing email replies, uploaded knowledge, mailbox access, AI provider usage, and user permissions within your workspace.

5. No Professional Advice

ESA drafts operational support messages. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on any generated draft for regulated or high-impact matters.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to operate ESA reliably, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, network failures, security events, or other causes. Features, pricing, and plans may change with notice where practical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ComNetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, email delivery failure, AI provider errors, or mailbox provider outages.
